Hugo Chávez and Evo Morales are on their way to Havana
"The most likely thing is that this fourth treatment will be my last, so we can turn the page and say goodbye to the threat of cancer, and get on with living and preparing for the long road ahead," said the 57 year old Chávez. He was referring to next year's presidential election in Venezuela, in which he has promised to run and campaign aggressively.
The two leaders are close friends and political allies, and with their Cuban counterparts as well. Chávez and Morales are both outspoken critics of U.S. policy towards Latin America.
