Bill Richardson arrives in Cuba
The former governor of New Mexico and U.S. ambassador to the United Nations landed in Havana last night (Wednesday, September 7). Reporters said Richardson declined to make a formal statement at Jose Marti airport. Many are hoping that he has more luck than Jimmy Carter did in March. But with the Castro regime, the only certainty is 100% uncertainty.
